TSA Applies Looser Standards to Inspection of Cargo

The Boston Globe ran a guest editorial on August 25, 2007 entitled "Air cargo end-run". Essentially the editorial states that the TSA applies looser standards to inspection of cargo than law recently passed by Congress stipulates.
