LNG Developer Pulls Application
Downeast LNG has withdrawn its application for a liquefied natural gas project along the coast of Eastern Maine so it can revise its plan. This is a disappointment to some LNG opponents as it allows Downeast LNG to re-submit a plan that will correct earlier flaws and therefore give it a better chance for approval.
