Border Security in Maine

Life along the Canadian and Maine border is undergoing changes. In times past, border security was not a big issue. But since our nation's problems with terrorism and illegal immigration have grown the daily life along some border areas are becoming disrupted due to new border security measures that are implemented. One such example, about a country club sitting on both sides of the border, is documented in the following news article: "Dealing with border-jumping duffers", Bugle Observer, April 11, 2008.
