Maine's Sex Offender Registry Needs More Work

Governor Baldacci of Maine has set aside a new bill that would narrow the definition of who needs to be listed under the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act. He has decided that the bill needs more work to determine who should be on and who shouldn't be on the registry.
