Laptop Security and Encryption
Laptop security is one of those daunting tasks that is seldom accomplished successfully by both the government and private sector. The loss of a laptop can hurt productivity in lost work and data, let alone the cost of the computer. However, an even greater loss is the potential damage from corporate information of a proprietary nature getting into the wrong hands and the risk of releasing personal information that could be used in identity theft.
