Drinking Water Security

Congress is examining water security issues as it relates to coordination between the Department of Homeland Security and the Environmental Protection Agency. One of the issues at large is whether the water facilities should fall under the scrutiny of the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS) because of the wide use of chlorine gas.
