Murder in Maine: Domestic Violence and Other Kinds

Robert C. Hauhart, an associate professor of criminal justice at Saint Martin's University and also an instructor for the University of Maine at Machias has wrote a OpEd article for the Bangor Daily News about the types of killings that take place in Maine. He puts the types of killings into different categories such as domestic violence, killings among friends, and stranger killings. An interesting article. Read it at "So far, '08 killings in Maine fit well-known patterns", Bangor Daily News, August 16, 2008.
