Maine Military and Marijuana Plants

A newspaper report states that marijuana plant seizures and destruction have been down this growing season. This was due to two main factors. One is that the weather was not favorable for growing marijuana as there was too much water and too little sun. Another factor was that National Guard helicopter aircrews were not available as much as in past years. The flying crews are currently serving in either Afghanistan or Iraq.
