The recent hacking of Governor Palin's email account and publishing of some of the contents on the Internet has brought the security of email accounts to the forefront. - Password reset feature for webmail (such as Yahoo!). When you answer a security question, don't be truthful - use a fictitious answer. Example: "What is your mother's maiden name?". Use a ficticious answer. The computer doesn't know. But someone else can Google this question and come up with the answer.
