Planning Guidance for Response to Nuclear Detonation

The Homeland Security Council has drafted and published a document that helps public entities to prepare for the detonation of a nuclear device in a U.S. city. While sounding alarmist - it is a threat that cannot be ignored. The document is entitled "Planning Guidance for Response to a Nuclear Detonation" and can be found at the fas.org website as an Acrobat Reader pdf file.
