Installation of Street Cameras in Lincoln, Maine is Delayed

The town of Lincoln, Maine is working through the issues associated with installing video cameras along its Main Street section. The purpose of the cameras is to prevent vandalism and improve safety in the downtown area. It appears that Fairpoint Communications is the stumbling block - putting a cost factor into the equation that was not anticipated.
