Fingerprint Analysis Lab for Portland, Maine Police

A new automated fingerprint analysis system has been purchased by the Portland, Maine police department and other communities. It will be part of the new regional crime lab located in Portland. The lab is called the Metropolitan Regional Crime Laboratory. Nine communities are taking part in the project and they are Portland, Cumberland County, South Portland, Westbrook, Cape Elizabeth, Scarborough, Falmouth, Windham, and Yarmouth.
