Developer of Body Armor (bulletproof vest) Passes Away - Lester D. Shubin

The developer of bulletproof vests passed away at that age of 84 years.  His invention is credited with saving the lives of more than 3,000 law enforcement officers.  He worked for a number of federal agencies and helped with the introduction of body armor.  Read more about Lester D.
