Chemical Plant Security to be Re-visited

Current legislation on chemical plant security is considered to be weak and will expire in October 2010.  Congress is in the process of relooking this law. The chemical industry says the restrictions in place to protect the public from terrorist activities involving chemical plants are good enough.  Environmentalist and security experts say otherwise.
