Hannaford Breach - Damages Lawsuit Ends

"The Maine Supreme Court has ruled that consumers who were reimbursed for credit card losses incurred in the massive Hannaford data breach are not entitled to damages.  In a unanimous decision yesterday, the justices ruled that under Maine law, expending time and effort to cope with the breach does not, by itself, constitute an "injury" for which damages can be recovered."
