Free Speech at Funeral or Exploiting Family's Grief

The Supreme Court is hearing a case on free speech.  The Westboro Baptist Church, located in Kansas, has been disrespecting the funerals of service members who have died in combat for several years - to include some in Maine.  Communities are having a difficult time stopping them as many see these protests as a right of free speech.  Read more in "Does a funeral trump free speech?", The Portland Press Herald, October 7, 2010.
