Maine Threatened With Growing Drug Problem
Maine, along with other Northern New England states, has seen a significant rise in drug use. There are differing ways of combating the problem. Some say stiffer penalties for drug pushers and a more robust drug enforcement is the answer. Others want to increase funding for drug treatment programs.
